A mobile-first project  

After the 2016 presidential election in the United States bias assaults against Muslim, LGBTQ, and immigrant communities spiked. And, so too, did requests of WITNESS to provide field ready tip sheets for staying safe while filming abuse and guidance for how to effectively and ethically use that footage for advocacy.

In response, WITNESS developed a series of tip “cards” excerpted from 25 years of WITNESS research and curriculum and designed a web-based app so that anyone to quickly search, sort, scan and act.
